Billing
US Directory Assistance is billed monthly. The bill date is the first of each month and covers the previous month's usage. We offer both single account and multi-location account billing. Invoices show the number of calls made during the month, the rate per call, and the total charges for each location.
Billing Media - Our standard billing medium is paper, but we accommodate a variety of electronic billing needs and file formats.
Payment Methods - Most US Directory Assistance customers pay by check, but we do accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Pricing
Pricing is on a rate-per-call basis. No other service charges apply. A monthly minimum usage charge of $15.00 applies per invoice (multiple locations that are billed to a single invoice all contribute toward the minimum charge). Volume discounts are available; but regardless of volume you're assured of significant savings.
