US Directory Assistance is accessed via a unique toll free number. You do not need to make any changes to your local or long distance phone service.

Local and national directory assistance
US Directory Assistance can handle listing requests anywhere in the U.S. Whether your request is local or national you'll pay the same low rate.

Canada and Puerto Rico directory assistance
In addition to U.S listings, our operators will handle your requests for Canada and Puerto Rico listings.

No automatic call completion
US Directory Assistance blocks automatic call completion providing an additional source of savings. This feature automatically connects the caller to the listed number, usually for an additional fee.

Reverse number lookups
US Directory Assistance operators can provide name and address information when provided with a listed ten-digit telephone number.

Address lookups
US Directory Assistance operators can provide name and listed telephone number information when provided with a listed address.

Up to two listings per request
US Directory Assistance will furnish up to two listings per call. This policy is standard in the industry.

Free sign-up
US Directory Assistance does not charge any one-time fees to begin using the service.

No monthly charges
US Directory Assistance does not charge any monthly fees.

Billing

US Directory Assistance is billed monthly. The bill date is the first of each month and covers the previous month's usage. We offer both single account and multi-location account billing. Invoices show the number of calls made during the month, the rate per call, and the total charges for each location.
 

 

Billing Media

Payment Method
Most US Directory Assistance customers pay by check, but we do accept payment by government purchase card, EFT, or ACH.
