Connectivity Options - US Directory Assistance maintains multiple, geogrpahically dispersed points-of-presence, which minimizes your facility transport costs.  Alternatively, you can transport your directory assistance traffic using our toll-free service or the internet using a SIP-based VoIP connection.

SMS Test Back - Wireless carriers can give their customers the option of having an SMS Text Message containing the requested listing information sent to their wireless device.

Data Quality - Access to the freshest listing data is essential for quality service.  US Directory Assistance utilizes the LSSi national listing database contains more than 160 million business, residential, and govenrment listings.  The database is updated daily.
